“Clear Space Office Organizing”
When I left working in the international Graphic Design Studios in San Francisco, I was looking for a “transition career”. So I moved to Maryland and started Clear Space Office Organizing. It was successful and I met a lot of interesting business owners. However, I soon realized that as I was going through their “piles” and setting up a system for them, I was working hand in hand with them. Therefore, they knew what to do going forward. I was actually training them how to be organized. From then on, they could hire an assistant and show them what to do. They didn’t need me any more because they had become their own organizer.
Also, many of them realized that I was asking them about their “big picture”. Before I touched any paper, I wanted to know what the papers meant to them and what they were trying to accomplish. So then they hired me as a coach. So, I was actually coaching before I knew what coaching was. That’s when I started my coach trainings and certifications.
